2. In short

This site has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no contact form, no user accounts, no cookies, no social-media plugins, no embedded maps or videos, and no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. It only stores three small settings in your own browser (section 4). The only processing on our side is the technical access data described in section 3.

3. Hosting, Cloudflare and server logs

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the server: in particular your IP address, date and time, the requested file, the referring page, and browser and device information. The site is delivered through a hosting provider and the Cloudflare network; both process the IP address technically in order to deliver the site, protect it against abuse and keep it stable. Details about the hosting provider, the data processing agreement and any transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA: [HOSTING PROVIDER].

4. Local storage in your browser

The site writes the following entries to your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us or to anyone else:

• an-theme – your light/dark choice, so the page can show it before it is drawn;
• an-lang – your language choice, so that the offer to switch to German is not repeated;
• an-scale – the weekday, time, state filter, date and house you picked on the evening scale.

These entries are stored only because you use the function (switching theme or language, using the scale). Legal basis: § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings (“clear site data”). The site works without them.

5. External links

If you click a link to an official site (a casino, Deutsche Bahn, a transport association, a public authority), you leave this site. The privacy policy of that site applies from then on.

6. Contact by e-mail

If you write to [email protected], we process your e-mail address and your message to answer you (Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete it when the matter is settled and no retention duty applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
